Everyone should wake up to themselves, and there’s nothing to help us carry on our spiritual journey more than maintaining righteous thoughts in our minds; against impermanence and dangers in life.

In life, myself as well as everyone else always have completely different experiences, from the perspective of thinking to the scope of practice, it’s not out of the question, how to maintain your mind at the moment. present; which, more than two thousand years ago, the Buddha once taught that:

“The past is not traced,

The future is hopeless.

The past is over,

The future has not come yet.

Only the present dharma,

The main insight here.

No movement, no shaking,

Knowing that should practice.”[1]

That is the important issue, but not only for Buddhists like us. Moreover, “this method needs to be spread” so that everyone everywhere should experience it together, to have moments of peace and relaxation; especially those who are living in times of social distancing; Due to the Covid-19 epidemic, the situation is still very complicated in most provinces and cities across the country. Therefore, each person’s righteous thoughts should be maintained even more, in the case of “thousands of pounds hanging hair”.[2] like nowadays.

Just hope everyone should wake up to themselves.

Faced with that urgency, I immediately remembered the very sincere teachings of Ancestor Qui Son in “Qui Son Canh Sach” as follows: “Impermanent, old, ill, not evil, human period. Trieu exist and die, close to the world. For example, like spring dew, understand the route, push to get angry; Long life, province, long life. Reciting the concept of speed, one moment of time, the instant transfer of rebirth. Isn’t it too natural?”. “Impermanence, old age, illness do not meet people. Light is still dark, just a moment (like a blink of an eye) has passed away. For example, spring dew, early morning mold, instantly dissolves. Trees on the edge, ropes in the mouth of the well open for a long time. Mindfulness passes quickly, in just a moment, changing the breath is already the next life, why peacefully let the days go by in vain?[3].

However, in the past two months, I often follow the news on many different online newspapers and see that there are many young Buddhist monks and nuns who have boldly signed up to participate as volunteers, in order to support for the front line against the epidemic. For me personally, this is a very practical and meaningful job, but not everyone dares to face these obstacles. I really admire them, it is their confidence and compassion that can overcome the fear in their thoughts. With that, the image of commitment of the Buddha’s children will never be limited by the factors of birth and death and suffering in a limited human life.

The COVID-19 pandemic has made humanity need to appreciate

The COVID-19 pandemic has made humanity need to appreciate “life” more.

Letters from the front lines of the fight against Covid-19

Perhaps, this pandemic has made humanity need to appreciate “life” and especially “the environment around us”. It’s not that we rely on the strong to bully the weak and dominate others, that is something worth continuing to do. All those deceitful things are just a selfish life motto and always make me sacrifice for greed, hatred, and delusion, but there really isn’t any lasting benefit. At best, it can only satisfy the ego, which is always guided and bound by Ignorance.

I just wish that everyone should wake up to themselves, and there’s nothing to help us prepare for the path of practice, by maintaining righteous thoughts in our minds; against impermanence and dangers in life.
