Especially, at the 7th National Buddhist Congress (2007), the Venerable Venerable Master was honored by all delegates as the Chairman of the Council for Proving the Vietnamese Buddhist Sangha until the day he returned to the Buddha realm.

Due to the old age, the patriarch, the Most Venerable Venerable Master passed away at 3:22 am on October 21, 2021 (on September 16, Tan Ox year) at Vien Minh Communal House (Rang temple), Quang commune. Lang, Phu Xuyen District, Hanoi City. Longevity 105 years, Greece: 85 years.
