According to the report at the conference, in the last term (2016-2021), the Buddhist Executive Board of Hau Loc district has performed well in Buddhist activities, making a significant contribution together with the people and the district administration in the work of preserving the preserve national cultural identity, develop local socio-economic; coordinate with authorities at all levels to guide believers and Buddhists to live a good life, to study in accordance with the law and to fully abide by the current laws of the state.
In particular, the Buddhist Executive Board of Hau Loc district has organized many campaigns to contribute to social charity funds of nearly 5 billion VND; awarded the Study Promotion Fund of more than 50 million VND; The monks and nuns abbot of pagodas in the district have mobilized 40 billion VND from socialization resources to restore, embellish and build pagodas; The local temples have expanded the work of spreading the Dharma to many social classes, developing Buddhists in both quantity and quality with a total of 3,000 Buddhists taking refuge in the Three Jewels from 2016-2021.

In addition to assessing the achievements, the conference also discussed and pointed out a number of shortcomings and limitations, and set out the activity program of the district Buddhist Executive Board for the new term 2021-2026.
On this occasion, the Executive Board of the Vietnamese Buddhist Sangha in Thanh Hoa province presented certificates of merit to 8 groups and 17 individuals; The District Executive Board of the Vietnam Buddhist Sangha and the district People’s Committee and Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee have also awarded certificates of merit to many collectives and individuals who have made many outstanding achievements in patriotic service, for the 2016-2021 term.
The conference agreed to appoint the Executive Board of the Vietnam Buddhist Sangha in Hau Loc district for the term 2021-2026 with 18 positions, led by Venerable Thich Thanh Dat continuing to be the Head of the Executive Committee.
