The Buddha taught that the human body is difficult to obtain. Once you have gained it, if you don’t cultivate it well, if you lose this body, it will be difficult to regain it forever. Time passes quickly, don’t let it pass and waste a life.

The great masses maintain their faith, practice diligently, so that their good roots will grow larger and larger, and their spiritual power will grow, then they will advance on the path to liberation. It takes a lot of practice and takes a long time to get results.

The Buddha’s dharma teaches a lot, and none of them are easy to achieve. There are only dharmas that are easy to practice or difficult to practice. The Buddha taught that the human body is difficult to obtain. Once you have gained it, if you don’t cultivate it well, if you lose this body, it will be difficult to regain it forever. Time passes quickly, don’t let it pass and waste a life.

The great elder HT.Thich Tri Tinh is a monk and one of the great translators of Vietnamese Buddhism.

The basis of spiritual practice is Precept, Concentration, and Hue. From where the Precepts are refined, the mind is calm. If the mind is quiet, then the afflictions can’t dominate. Because of that stillness, concentration arises. And from the place of Dinh was born Hue. This wisdom is due to the new generation of concentration, not by creation. If it’s created by artifact, it’s just a distinction between losing and losing, having to be wrong, or being bad.

And that is only within the cycle of birth and death. Hue from the place of birth, Hue that is enlightenment, is liberation. People of the world do not know the value of liberation, but only care about strengthening the distinction between good and bad, so they don’t care about Precepts, Concentration, and Hue. Practicing the method of Reciting the Buddha’s name is also a way to attain Concentration and Wisdom.
