In the morning of April 16, 2022 (March 16, Tiger), at Thuong Chieu Zen Monastery, the Board of Judges had a meeting to mark the test for more than 3,300 Precepts that will take place in the afternoon of the same day. .
The meeting had the participation of HT Thich Nhat Quang, Head of the Executive Board of the Vietnam Buddhist Sangha in Dong Nai province, Head of the Organizing Committee, and Chief Judge; HT. Thich Giac Quang; HT. Thich Liem Chinh; HT. Thich Phuoc Tu; HT. Thich Hue Khai; Venerable Thich Buu Chanh, Nun Thich Nu Nhu Duc, Senior Nun Thich Nu Nhu Tinh, Senior Nun Thich Nu Nhu Hanh co-Deputy Chief Judge and nearly 100 members of the Jury of the Sangha and Nuns of the Secretariat attended.
At the meeting, the Most Venerable Head of the Committee emphasized: “This time, the number of Precepts is very large. Therefore, the Jury Council needs to work and assign very closely.” The Venerable Master wished that the members would have suggestions for the assignment and grading of papers so that the marking work could achieve good results.
Accordingly, Most Venerable Thich Phuoc Tu read the list assigned to the Jury, the Bhikkhus, and the Sa Di.
Next, the nun Thich Nu Nhu Duc also presented on how to mark the exam for Precepts and Nuns.
HT Thich Giac Quang was delighted with the comments from the judges so that the disciples of all sects could practice and recite the law according to the rules and traditions of the Tongmen. The Venerable Master paid attention to psychological problems during the exam so that the Precepts would feel comfortable while doing the test and be confident when chanting the rules.
Most Venerable Thich Hue Khai also mentioned things to note to the Jury in the examination.
At the meeting, the members of the Jury also had many comments to contribute to the examination and marking.
The Jury Council also unanimously agreed to contribute ideas so that the thesis review and the legal exam marking would be successful.
With a large number of Presbyterians, the Jury also needs to prepare carefully to ensure that the grading is objective, fair and effective.
Also in the morning, the Board of Governors had a meeting about the Rules of Precepts with the Precepts of Monks and the Precepts of Nuns.
