Buddha taught us every day to remember to think about the impermanent laws of birth, old age, illness, and death of human life in order to live more meaningfully. If we know that we are going to die, we will cherish the time, cherish our loved ones, cherish the rest of our lives; and will not be greedy and stubborn, causing more injustice, karma, hatred..

Nowadays, we see this issue as both relevant and necessary.

I will definitely get older day by day, hour by hour. Even getting older every second, every moment..That’s the rule

I will definitely get sick. If there is a body, there will be disease. During this Covid pandemic, we understand more thoroughly.

I will surely die. Inhale without exhaling, exhale without inhaling, that’s it. No one is not dead. The oxygen we breathe is borrowed from the outside

We often think of the Buddhadharma, of cause and effect, of compassion, and of Nirvana so that we can practice a simple, kind, mindful, alert, and positive lifestyle.

I will definitely leave my loved ones and property related to me. What we have is empty, what do we do to hold on to ours?

We are certainly responsible for all our own karma, good and bad deeds, big and small.

Why we need to remember to think about these things: Because

Thinking that everyone must be old and weak so that they do not have a lifeless youth, do not appreciate the spirit of health, friendship, and opportunities.

Thinking of the disease so as not to rely on health, then live unwholesomely, indulgently, enjoy without knowing how to cultivate and do good deeds, meditate, study Buddhism

Thinking about the inevitable death, sooner or later to be ready to leave at all times, but I thought that if I lived a long life and lived well, I would let loose and relax.

Think about impermanence, loss and separation to prepare for a more stable confrontation

Think carefully about cause and effect, karma to live an honest, positive, meaningful and better life.

We often think of the Buddhadharma, of cause and effect, of compassion, and of Nirvana so that we can practice a simple, kind, mindful, alert, and positive lifestyle.

Often train the mind, practice meditation, study Buddhism. With a clear mind, a concentrated mind, a strong mind, a peaceful mind, a stable mind, life will be meaningful both now and in the future.

Only a large and clear mind, a strong mind, and a strong will can face all obstacles, troubles, and insecurities in life with ease.

Old, sick, dead

Every moment

Think through, peace of mind

Positive, alert

Much needed
