If you have to be busy, busy, of course, in this life it will be. If so, let your busyness be proud and meaningful. Be busy for a beautiful cause, for the community, for the society, for the love…
Life, despite its ups and downs, has a path that is forever familiar, peaceful and peaceful, which is the way back to the home where the mother and father are. And there is also a path to eternal peace, which is the way back to your own pure mind.
We become more and more distant and that distance is getting bigger every day because of our busyness. I don’t believe that being busy is a sign of success. If we are successful enough, we must have enough time to sit and play, drink a cup of tea and watch a drop of morning dew curl up as if we were lazy and didn’t know the sun had risen…
If we are successful enough, we must be free enough to roam freely in this vast and beautiful motherland. We’ll have time to go back and pretend to mess with her, or ask her to tell me some far-fetched story and listen with all my heart. We will have time to listen to each other without having to be busy with rice and money.
Today, thanks to the development of science and technology, thanks to social networks, people connect with the whole world, but lose connection with themselves. We forget that, sometimes, our weary shoulders need a sense of gratitude and rest. Sometimes, my eyes need to close peacefully without raising my eyebrows and worrying. Sometimes, my heart also needs to be loved by me, because of the torments, the stress throughout the years…
Reciting Buddha in busyness
I often share with people who are stressed or are suffering from some incurable disease about Letting Go Meditation that Monk Plum Village (Zen Master Thich Nhat Hanh) recommends, as a method of therapy.
Of course, it’s not just when we’re stressed or sick that we need to let go. Meditation is a great way to connect with ourselves. A glass of clear water, science has proven that as long as a good thought arises, the water droplets will crystallize into beautiful crystals like a flower. Yet we forget, our body is a collection of borrowed elements from parents, blood, and four elements. This body, which is not me, I am not stuck in the body. But this heart, this shoulder, this eye, this lung… all came together because of an expression of life that made that self.
Relaxation meditation is a time when we let our mind arise with gratitude and let ourselves be relaxed, relaxed, and rested. I return to take care of the breath. Breathe in deeply, exhale slowly. If, every day, we can maintain before going to sleep each night only 5 minutes. We lie still, enjoying the peaceful feeling of breathing, so light, so deep.. We arouse gratitude, water the seeds of love and kindness in our hearts, thus, peace in our hearts. we will be nourished and strong.
All negative emotions, violence, illness, mostly come from the mind. Peace of mind, peace of mind. There is a very good saying: “Before you go to sleep, forgive everything and sleep peacefully”. If the mind is peaceful, the blood and meridians will circulate properly, and the body will be healthy.
Busy talking about letting go and taking care, reconnecting with myself, I also understand, there is one thing that cannot be ignored. This keeps us busy sometimes, but it is a necessary busyness.
A well-deserved busyness, making it possible for us to not get a full night’s sleep and not get a full night’s sleep in a day. Those are the things we do when we don’t just do it for ourselves, not just for food, money or luxuries or frivolous conveniences, but because it comes from concern for those around us. side, even people I have never – never met, even on issues that are not personal to anyone, for example, about the environment, nature, national affairs, world affairs, war stories, etc. peace,…
There are occupations that are not self-centered and are necessary occupations. But the most important thing is to see the path that you follow. The best way to make your life meaningful is to use yourself to love others, to give back to the community around you, and to create something with purpose and meaning.
In the poem “Season of young mulberry leaves”, Nguyen Loc An writes very well:
“If only for you, for me
Every day I sleep two nights
Every night he sleeps twice
The reason we are busy
It’s because outside of you, outside of you”
There are people, whose life revolves around winning and losing, with making money to satisfy their own needs. Then they go around in meaningless rush. Meaningless, even if they believe what they do is extremely important. I have a friend. He used to be a teacher at a famous school in Hanoi. Then he quit teaching and became a businessman with many successes in business.
Later, when he had something to eat, he became passionate about research. No family, just busy going back and forth and busy with seminars, research… Then suddenly in the midst of society having to suspend all activities because of the epidemic, he suddenly passed away on a rainy day. So a busy, unfinished life.
I heard the news and was shocked, saddened and sympathized..
Life, despite its ups and downs, has a path that is forever familiar, peaceful and peaceful, which is the way back to your home, where there are children waiting, to the house where your mother and father are. And there is also a path to eternal peace, which is the way back to your own pure mind.
Relaxation, leisure and freedom to take care of your body and mind is extremely necessary. And let’s not forget. When you can connect with the world, remember to start with not losing your connection with yourself. We must listen to our own joys, sorrows, weaknesses, and deep desires.
And if you have to be busy, busy, of course, in this life it will be. If so, let your busyness be proud and meaningful. Be busy for a beautiful cause, for the community, for the society, for the love…
A night cry; The bodies of the storks and storks run away when they are caught by the traffickers in the middle of the life market. They accept all the hustle and bustle by making a living to give their children an extra piece of clothing, a piece of rice…
“Apart from me, outside of you” – It is the sparkle from the beauty of the soul of those who forget their ego to share, to be at peace, to serve and to love!
