Let’s calm down, reflect deeply, what is really necessary for our real happy life and those around us, worthy of our concern.
Buddha taught tells us clearly about two types of caretakers:
1st place: take care of things that are not worth worrying about and do not worry about things that are worth worrying about. This person’s life will always be miserable and poor and gradually get worse.
2nd place: know how to take care of the things that need to be taken care of and ignored, not wasting time and effort on things that are harmful to you for others, useless things that do not need to be taken care of. This person’s life is always happy, happy and getting better in every way.
Let’s calm down, look deeply, what is really necessary for our real happy life and those around us, worthy of our concern.
Buddha said: Take refuge in yourself
Diligently taking care of things, achieving merit, wisdom, and compassion will help people advance in all aspects. Diligent in working towards good, learning the right thing, being professional in the profession, taking advantage of others, studying Buddha in zazen, patiently letting go… so the more efforts the better.
Conspiracy to calculate for personal selfishness, greed to harm people, stubbornness, defeat, damage will push us on a bad path, more and more suffering. (Sutra of Sangha branch 1)
