A person’s desire for happiness is just an illusion, but a person who really sees what his suffering is, is the truth. Having to face the truth, to see what our suffering is, then it is really meditation.

Yesterday is also alive but it is over, and tomorrow is also alive but it hasn’t come yet. And what I’m really living is living with every breath, with every heartbeat, with every moment of change in my being. I don’t realize these things, I just dream of things that are too far away, dream of something magical and magical, but forget what is, but what is is is my life. me. I just live as I am. Rather than being, will be, or be like the other is.

Meditation is not an attempt to transform oneself into something else, which is usually some lofty ideal, but in reality it is an illusion. But meditation is about re-enlightenment or completely returning to oneself to re-enlighten oneself.

Being here is also not an individual, because when we are standing here, it is already in contact with everything around, so meditation is to see the relationship of life. I connected those two. Not meditation is to isolate ourselves in a certain state, which we like and choose. For example, want the mind to be concentrated, want peace of mind, want to be like this or that or something according to your will. It’s all an illusion.

Everything will make sense if you live mindfully

We’re living every moment, that’s the natural movement of the Dharma, that movement is different in each of us.

A person’s desire for happiness is just an illusion, but a person who really sees what his suffering is, is the truth. Have to face the truth, with seeing suffering What is yours, then it is really meditation. And we don’t see our suffering, but we want to be happy, that is, we don’t see the real thing, but only dream of a virtual reality and that virtual one doesn’t exist. The real one can’t see, the virtual one doesn’t exist, but I want to capture it. That is the mistake in life, especially for meditation.

The second thing is that in meditation people often come up with many methods, but the method is devised by an ego who wants to regulate the natural dharma. That’s a mistake. We’re living every moment, that’s the natural movement of the Dharma, that movement is different in each of us.

In the ultimate principle of Dharma it is the same, there is no difference. But in manifestation, each of us is different, no one is the same. There is not one person in this world who is alike in appearance, in character. For example, an orange tree, it produces 100 fruits, then 100 fruits are still different, the properties are the same, but the expression of each orange is different. The expression of each leaf tip is different, let alone one orange tree with another, in an orange tree alone, there are no two identical oranges in an orange tree.

Are you really living?

I just live as I am. Rather than being, will be, or be like the other is.

I just live as I am. Rather than being, will be, or be like the other is.

There are never two identical orange leaf tops in an orange tree. So each person’s expression is different, can’t use a certain framework, people tend to make a pattern, but when we make a pattern, we just mold a plastic orange tree, not a tree. can live.

We can mold orange trees to sell, just like meditation, if we mold meditation by methods it is no longer our own individuality. So there is only one way, each one has to return to himself in the here and now, seeing it as it is, as simple as that.

But don’t force yourself into a certain framework to expect you to be, but what will be? is a plastic orange tree, which will mold it into the same leaves, the same fruit, the same everything, but it’s definitely a dead orange tree. As for a real orange tree, it will live and change depending on co-arising, it cannot be imposed into any framework. Truth cannot be imposed into a framework in which truth functions as it is.
