When we truly, fully know, and care for our most vexing and unpleasant emotions, our most exhausting thoughts, honestly and properly, we also appreciate our deepest, most tormented dark sides. and its most painful.

1. Every time our negative, unpleasant, depressed, insecure, troubled thoughts and emotions begin to appear in us, instead of trying to deny and put them aside, observe and acknowledge, Take care of them seriously.

2. Clarify each of your unpleasant emotions by identifying which specific thoughts are causing you distress. Is it your self-pity, painful memories, or vague fear of the future? Any thoughts that upset you.

3. Identify specifically the emotions that are forming in you as a result of negative thoughts. How do they feel? Do you feel annoyed, frustrated… once you have clearly identified those thoughts and feelings, close your eyes and let them blend together into conceptual images. Do those thoughts and feelings create in you shapes, colors, or people? Are they blurry or very clear? It is important that you allow your own emotions and thoughts to create those images while you are simply aware of them.

6. Tell yourself as if you are speaking to those imaginary ideas, thoughts, feelings, feelings, images, that you really care, cherish and love them in a sincere and conscious way.
