Living and practicing what the Buddha taught gives us a peaceful, happy, and free life without having to wait for the next life, but we can feel it right in this life, this life.
Our life will be better day by day, if we know how to spend time purifying our mind, practicing contemplation of the Buddhadharma. And perhaps should learn and practice from a young age, don’t wait until old age, dry eyes, deaf ears, sick to study and practice the Buddhadharma, it’s too late.
Ways to meditate, meditate, recite sutras, recite Buddha’s name, recite mantras, meditate walking, count breaths.. any method convenient for the situation of Buddhists should be practiced every day. The time to practice Buddhism should be the most important and prioritized in a day. Consider this time as precious as we roof a Buddhist roof, or build a Buddhist temple. Maybe now we don’t need it, but in the dark night walking alone in life and death, it is an extremely important end in everyone’s life.
What practice to have long-term happiness?
We often hear: I’m too busy, don’t have enough time. But that’s not really the case. We have time to watch TV, time to listen to music, time to sleep, go out, go shopping, we can extract each of those activities a little time… It is still enough for us to practice Buddhism.
Our life consists of a material life and a spiritual life. If we know how to balance these two aspects, life will be good. Because if our spirit is not strong and stable, in life, even though everything is going normally, we still feel insecure and afraid.
Live and practice things Buddha taught give us a call live happily, happiness and freedom do not have to wait until the next life, but we can feel it right in this life, this life. This is the priceless joy that Buddhists receive when practicing Buddhist teachings.
We should spend time practicing the Buddhadharma, spend at least sixty minutes every day in spiritual life.
